The handicraft is a detail from the border of the front fresco of the Most Holy Theotokos, once part of the narthex, of the church of the Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos in the Matka Monastery. Placed circulary on the censer, it is stylized similarly to the symbol Eternity from the Dormition Temple in Vladimir, Russia.
